Common problems
- Duplicates on every device. The person reads on the computer while the phone keeps ringing; hence the rule "do not send where they are already reading".
- Notifications switched off. Users turn off frequent and useless notifications entirely, and the important ones get lost too.
When you do not need it
If you have no app of your own and your customers are on Telegram, separate pushes are unnecessary: a bot message arrives as a notification by itself.
